SHIPPING

 

All orders received by 1:00 pm PST will be shipped out on the same day via FEDEX. Orders received after 1:00 pm PST will be sent out on the next business day and a tracking number will be sent to the provided email address. You can also access and track all orders on your account profile on our website. In the event that we processed an order incorrectly, we will gladly replace the item or accept it for a full refund at our expense. HOTTIE and LORD will provide a prepaid ups or USPS shipping label to expedite the return for orders shipped within the U.S. to receive your shipping label and arrange to replace your product, please contact us. HOTTIE and LORD customers using a third-party shipping service are responsible for any duties, taxes, and shipping costs that may occur. HOTTIE and LORD is not liable for any damages from a third-party shipping service.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

 

HOTTIE and LORD ship worldwide with DHL express service. Items ordered before 1:00 pm PST will be processed on the same business day. Orders received after 1:00 pm PST will be processed on the next business day. You can log into your account to check your order status and track your orders or log in to www.dhl.com to track your orders.

 

  • Duties and taxes are included in the shipping cost quote you receive during checkout.
  • The quote is based upon the laws and regulations of the country to which the order will ship.
  • All shipping charges, duties and taxes, and brokerage fees will be paid at the time you place your order.


If your order is undeliverable, or if you refuse delivery of an order you have placed, you will be responsible for payment of all duties and taxes. Shipping charges as well as duties and taxes are non-refundable for undeliverable or refused shipments. Upon receipt of the refuse delivery, a refund will be issued for the item(s) only.

 

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

 

International orders are eligible for exchanges. All international return charges and duties must be paid by the shipper. Please order carefully and contact us if you need assistance or more information before placing your order.
